Question 1

How does the $19 Open-Mic Vetting purchase work?

Accepted Answer

Choose Open-Mic Vetting to continue to Stripe-hosted checkout. The price is a recurring $19 per month, not a one-time charge. After checkout, the success page checks with Stripe to confirm the payment. The automatic “Your Open-Mic Vetting workflow is ready” email is sent after a verified $19 checkout when it is linked to a saved score and a buyer email is available. The subscription is month-to-month, and the pricing page says you can cancel any time through the Stripe customer portal.

Question 2

What does the workflow link include?

Accepted Answer

The link opens the Open-Mic Vetting workflow, which describes the vetting checklist and launch guide and lets subscribers run the same scoring engine on each lineup they book. When available, the link carries your saved-score token and campaign tags. The confirmation email also includes a separate link to the live Helmslee app.

Question 3

What should I do if my purchase email is missing?

Accepted Answer

Search your inbox and spam or junk folder for “Your Open-Mic Vetting workflow is ready.” If it is still missing, email helmslee@polsia.app from the address you used at checkout and include the approximate purchase date. The automatic email is tied to a verified $19 checkout with saved-score attribution; there is no self-service resend link in the current flow.

Question 4

What does the “Venue / open-mic” scoring category mean?

Accepted Answer

It is an optional category label for a submission about a venue or open-mic idea. It provides category context; it is not an extra score axis and it does not rank individual performers. The report scores the submitted idea across ten axes and shows a separate winnability rubric.
